1.Main Tasks and targets
Manage all aspects of Quality Assurance for the business in China and in Korea
Perform external, internal, customer, and supplier audits per Annual Audit Plan
Manage non-conforming material issues from customer, internal production, and sup-plier
Train organization and supply chain in all relevant subjects, to include CE!
Maintain PMS, CIP, and quality systems within SAP
2.Tasks/Responsibility
Submission and Approval of First Articles.
Preparation and submission of PQP Dossiers.
Owner of RMA (Returns) Process.
Single point of Contact for customer quality issues for China, Taiwan, Japan, and Ko-rea.
Single point of Contact follow-up and tracking of customer Scorecards.
Single point of Contact for all customer RCCA and Non-Conformities.
Lead and conduct Failure Analysis.
Responsible for Q tasks. This includes Life test analysis and calculations (MTBF, AFR…) and SPC.
Creation and maintenance of FMEA and PCP during the whole product life.
Preparation of Transfer Dossiers if required.
Supplier Management for local and overseas supplier, such as supplier audit and qualification
Handling customer audit and ISO 9001 system audit.
Integration in COMETs global Quality Team
Maintain metrics to measure and monitor key performance metrics on a monthly basis
3.Working experience/technical skills/know how
Degree in electronics or electro-technics. Knowledge in High power RF technology a plus.
Very good technical writing competencies. Pedagogical skills and ability to explain issues to different levels of expertise and education.
Competency for creating very high level and complex technical reports.
Deep Knowledge of the requirements of the semiconductor industry and clear ideas how to deploy the required continuous improvement programs and loops.
Experience in semiconductor industry, preferably with experience with our customers’ requirements.
Experience in complex, multidisciplinary and multinational teams, with preference in semiconductor industry.
Good English skill in oral, read and writing.
Solid understanding of copy exact principles.
Analytical thinking, high organizational skills, and capable of delivering the appropriate answer content that our customers expect in the frame time that our customers ex-pect.
Solid understanding of an effective RCCA and/or 8D report.
4.Personal skills (Leadership, social skills)
Leadership, influent, experience in a matrix environment.
Able to speak and write English fluently and good technical communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skill set, related to dealing with suppliers and customers.
Teamwork approach to work. This includes working with production, purchasing and engineering to meet the business needs that exists.
