To use Analyze Response Surface Design to fit a model, you must create and store the design using Create Response Surface Design, or create a design from data that you already have in the worksheet with Define Custom Response Surface Design.

Enter one column of numeric response data that is equal in length to the design variables in the worksheet. Each row will contain data corresponding to one run of your experiment. You may enter the response data in any column not occupied by the design data. The number of columns reserved for the design data is dependent on the number of factors in your design.

Minitab omits missing data from all calculations.
