Graphs that allow this function

These items are only useful when you have one or both of the following:

·    Missing values ('*' in the case of a numeric column, or a blank space in the case of a text column) in a grouping variable.

·    Multiple grouping variables but don't have observations for every possible combination of group values.

Dialog box items

Include missing as a group: Check to include observations with a missing value ('*' in the case of a numeric value, or a blank space in the case of a text value) in its grouping variable. Uncheck to exclude them from your graph.

Include empty cells: Check to represent all group level combinations on the graph scale or legend, including those that have no observations (empty cells). Uncheck to exclude these groups from the graph.
