To predict warranty failures1 Choose Stat > Reliability/Survival > Warranty Analysis > Warranty Prediction.
2 In Start time, enter the column of start times.
3 In End time, enter the column of end times.
4 If you have a frequency column, enter it in Frequency columns.
5 From Assumed distribution, choose the appropriate distribution.
6 If you like, use any of the available dialog box options, then click OK.
