We suggest you place the output labels-as shown in C1-into a column, then type the corresponding demographic information into the next column. It is important to follow this method to ensure the demographics are in the proper order.

You could store this worksheet to use as a template for new worksheets. New worksheets will then contain the labels, and all you need to do is change the values in the second column.

Note

You may choose to enter demographic information in the Process Report dialog box and the Demographics subdialog box instead of using a demographic column.
