Performs a one-sample t-test or t-confidence interval for the mean.

Use 1-Sample t to compute a confidence interval and perform a hypothesis test of the mean when the population standard deviation, s, is unknown. For a two-tailed one-sample t,

H0: m = m 0   versus   H1: mm 0

where m is the population mean and m 0 is the hypothesized population mean.
