1    Choose Stat > Equivalence Tests > 2x2 Crossover Design.

2    Select the appropriate layout for your data.

·    If you chose Data for two sequences are unstacked, then do the following:

1    In Treatment order for sequence 1, indicate the order of the treatments for Sequence 1.

2    In each box, enter the column that contains the data for the appropriate period and sequence.

·    If you chose Data for two sequences are unstacked, then do the following:

1    In Sequence ID, enter the column that identifies which sequence each row belongs to.

2    In Response from period 1, enter the column that contains the data from Period 1.

3    In Response from period 2, enter the column that contains the data from Period 2.

4    In Treatment order for sequence, enter the ID value for the sequence that received the reference treatment in Period 1.

3    In Hypothesis about, indicate how you want to express your hypothesis.

4    From What do you want to determine, choose the appropriate form of the alternative hypothesis.

5    Enter a value for the Lower limit, Upper limit, or both if applicable.

6    If you are testing the difference between means, and the limits are expressed as a proportion of the reference mean, then check Multiply by reference mean.

7    Click OK.
