To perform an equivalence test with paired data1 Choose Stat > Equivalence Tests > Paired.
2 In Test sample, enter the column that contains the data from the test sample.
3 In Reference sample, enter the column that contains the data from the reference sample. Ensure that you specify correctly which is the test sample and which is the reference sample.
4 In Hypothesis about, indicate how you want to express your hypothesis.
5 From What do you want to determine, choose the appropriate form of the alternative hypothesis.
6 Enter a value for the Lower limit, Upper limit, or both if applicable.
7 If you are testing the difference between means, and the limits are expressed as a proportion of the reference mean, then check Multiply by reference mean.
8 Click OK.
