You can control the amount of displayed output.
Display of results: Choose the level of detail to display.
Simple tables: Choose to display the simpler versions of all tables.
Expanded tables: Choose to display the expanded versions of the Analysis of Deviance, Coefficients and Fits and Diagnostics tables.
Method: Check to display a table that summarizes some of the settings for the analysis.
Response information: Check to display the number of events and non-events in the response variable.
Iteration information: Check to display the deviance at each iteration of the parameters.
Analysis of deviance: Check to display the deviances by source and the p-values. The expanded table adds sequential deviances and percent contributions.
Model summary: Check to display the statistics that evaluate model fit, including deviance R2.
Coefficients: Check to display the coefficients, the standard errors, and variance inflation factors (VIF). The expanded table adds confidence intervals and test results that use the Wald normal approximation. If your model contains categorical predictors, the drop-down list is enabled so that you can control how many coefficients for categorical predictors are in the table.
Default coefficients: Choose to display all linearly independent coefficients of the categorical predictors.
Full set of coefficients: Choose to display coefficients for all levels of the categorical predictors, which includes the final, linearly dependent, level.
Odds ratios: Check to display odds ratios for each continuous predictor and each level of the categorical predictors. The output does not show odds ratios for predictors that are in interaction terms.
Binary logistic regression equation: Check to display the regression equation(s). If your model contains categorical predictors, the drop-down list is enabled so that you can control how many equations are displayed.
Separate equation for each set of categorical predictor levels: Choose to display multiple equations for each categorical predictor.
Single equation: Choose to display one equation that includes all levels of all categorical predictors.
Goodness-of-fit tests: Choose to display the Pearson, deviance, and Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit tests.
Frequencies for Hosmer-Lemeshow test: Choose to display the observed and expected frequencies that determine the fit for the Hosmer-Lemeshow test.
Fits and diagnostics: Check to display fits and diagnostics. The expanded table adds standard errors, confidence intervals, deleted residuals, leverages (HI), Cook's D, and DFITS.
Only for unusual observations: Choose to display fits and diagnostics for only the unusual observations.
For all observations: Choose to display fits and diagnostics for all observations.
