To display a G chart

1    Choose Stat > Control Charts > Rare Event Charts > G.

2    Choose one of the following options:

·    From Form of Data, choose Dates of events.

·    From Form of Data, choose Number of opportunities.

·    In Method of counting opportunities, choose Opportunities between events (0, 1, 2, 3, ...) or Opportunities until an event (1, 2, 3, 4, ...) depending on how your data are recorded.

3    In Variables, enter one or more columns that contain the rare event data.

4    If you like, use any dialog box options, then click OK.
