您好，我想再問一下，因為我公司手冊剛剛才更新過，但是沒有更新這個條款，我可以怎樣在不更新整個手冊的前提下，把這兩項加進去手冊呢？以補充條款的形式可以嗎？

不在于你补充不补偿标准，在于这样的要求是否在你的相关方中有被要求，你怎么做
