附着力测试(Adhesion test)
附着力测试
目的: 检测漆膜和丝印(移印)层与底材结合的坚牢程度.
工具: 3M胶带(3M600或810)，百格刀，橡皮，酒精，白棉布.
测试要求: 待检样品平面尺寸需大于20*20m，漆膜或丝印层小于此尺寸无需划格.
样品数量: 至少1个样品.
测试方法:
[*]在试样关键部位表面用少量低浓度(60%以下)酒精清洁，白棉布擦干；
[*]用锋利的百格刀割出20个lxImm 的方格，保证划线达到漆膜底层；
[*]用3M胶带贴在待测试的方格上，并用橡皮驱赶气泡；
[*]试样静置于室温下90秒以上，拉起胶带尼部并与测试面呈90°角的方向迅速拉起，测试三三次。
评判标准:
1) 漆膜不能露底、严重脱落，有任何整个格子脱落均为NG;
2) 丝印(移印)图案不能严重露底、断线，有任何整个格子脱落均为NG。Adhesion test
Objective: To detect the adhesion strength of film and silkscreen (printing) on the substrate.
Tools: 3M Tape (3M600 or 810),grid knives,rubber,alcohol,white cotton cloth.
Testing requirements: The sample size should be greater than 20x20mm,less than this size without cutting.
Sample amount: At least one sample.
Testing Method:
1) To clean key position surface with low concentration (60%) alcohol,then wipe away with cotton cloth.
2) Cut a grid (1x1mm) on the unit with blade grid knives to 20,ensure the cuts removed the film down to the substrate.
3) Test tape is glued bubble free over the grid-cut area,then drive away bubble with rubber.
4) Put the sample at room temperature more than 90s. Pull off quickly with one stroke at an angle of 90,and repeat
Evaluation criteria:
1) Film without non-hiding and evidence of peeling. If the whole lattice loss,no matter how many are for NG;
2) No serious non-hiding and disconnection on the silkscreen. If the whole lattice loss,no matter how many are for NG.
