"Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is that an enterprise takes responsible approaches to provide responsible products and services, comply with laws and regulations, ethic standards, industry standards and customer requirements within product lifecycle and value chain. CSR focus on the areas of labor standards, health and safety, environmental protection, business ethics and supply chain. In Huawei we consider CSR as customer requirements to our products and its production process throughout the lifecycle, we integrates CSR into our procurement processes and extend the requirements to our suppliers and sub-tier suppliers.
Huawei has developed supplier CSR agreement base on customer requirements, RBA code of conduct and JAC guidelines, we request suppliers to establish and maintain its CSR management systems with reference to international standards of ISO14001/ISO45001/IPC1401 and cascade to sub-tier suppliers.
This CSR audit report template and checklist is developed as a practical guidance for auditors to assess the level of compliance of a supplier's CSR performance against Huawei CSR agreement. This audit checklist at tab 4 does not list all CSR requirements and auditors shall seek additional information when necessary to evaluate CSR risk and identify improvement opportunities."

2. Scope适用范围
This supplier CSR audit tool applies to all suppliers and subcontractors supplying goods or services to Huawei directly and indirectly, including sub-tier suppliers.
本供应商CSR审核工具适用于所有直接或间接向华为公司提供产品或服务的供应商和分包商，包括下级供应商。
