此条款原文如下，跟同事讨论如下，sip 算不算 标准化作业指导书，该不该纳入此条管控

SIP文件直译过来为Standard Inspection Procedure，标准检验程序
我们最后讨论结果应该纳入此条管控
这就引申出来一个问题SOP和 此标题的关系是否等同？
sop和sip的关系 -----   sop是否包含sip？

8.5.1.2 标准化 作业 操作指导书和目视标准
The organization shall ensure tha
tstandardised work documents are:
组织应确保标准文化作业文件：
a) communicated to and understood by the employees who are responsible for performing the work ;
a）被传达给负责相关工作的员工，并被员工理解
b) legible;
b）是清晰易读的
c) presented in the language(s) understood by the personnel res
ponsible to follow them;
c）用有责任遵守这些文件的人员能够理解的语言表述
d) accessible for use at the designated work area(s).
d）在指定的工作区域易于得到。
The standardised work documents shall also include rules for operator safety.
标准化作业文件还应包含操作员安全规则。
