3M 胶带(3M600 或 810)附着力测试(Adhesion test):百格刀测试方法和标准附着力
工具:3M 胶带(3M600 或 810),百格刀,橡皮,酒精,白棉布.
测试要求:待检样品平面尺寸需大于 20x20mm,漆膜或丝印层小于此尺寸无需划格.
样品数量:至少 1 个样品.
测试方法:
1) 在试样关键部位表面用少量低浓度(60%以下)酒精清洁,白棉布擦干.
1) 用锋利的百格刀割出 20 个 1x1mm 的方格,保证划线达到漆膜底层.
2) 用 3M 胶带贴在待测试的方格上,并用橡皮驱赶气泡. 试样静置于室温下 90 秒以上.
3) 迅速拉起胶带尾部并与测试面呈 90°角的方向,测试三次.
评判标准:
1) 漆膜不能露底,严重脱落.有任何整个格子脱落均为 failed;
2) 丝印图案不能严重露底,断线.有任何整个格子脱落均为 failed.
Adhesion
Tools: 3M Tape (3M600 or 810), grid knives, rubber, alcohol, white cotton cloth.
Testing requirements: The sample size should be greater than 20x20mm, less than this size without cutting.
Sample amount: At least one sample.
Testing Method:
1) To cLean key position surface with low concentration (60%) alcohol, then wipe away with cotton cloth.
2) Cut 20 of grid (1x1mm) on the unit with blade grid knives, ensure the cuts down to the substrate.
3) 3M tape is glued bubble free over the grid-cut area, then drive away bubble with rubber. Put the sample at room temperature more than 90s.
4) Pull off quickly with one stroke at an angle of 90°, and repeat three times.
Acceptable criteria:
1) Painting without non-hiding and evidence of peeling. If the whole lattice loss, the test is failed;
2) No serious non-hiding and disconnection on the silkscreen. If the whole lattice loss, the test is failed.
