北京奔驰汽车有限公司诚聘底盘零件质量工程师
岗位职责:1.零件质量问题处理，负责VoCA/GFP/生产线/售后反馈零件质量问题的分析解决；
Parts quality issue solving, responsible for analyzing and solving parts quality issue feedback from VoCA/GFP/production line/aftersales;
2. 生产线质量问题支持，与各部门协作，对生产线反馈质量问题进行原因分析及解决；
Production line quality issue support. Cooperate with other department, analyze and solve quality issues feedback from production line;
3.对供应商进行VDA6.3，PFA，CVS审核；
Conduct process audit (VDA6.3, PFA and CVS) to supplier;
4.参与戴姆勒主导的零件放行过程；
Take part in the part release process which leads by Daimler;
5.依据供应商评价标准，对供应商进行月度、年度评价；
According to supplier evaluation standard, conduct the monthly, yearly supplier evaluation;
6.工程变更及零件试装的跟踪；
Engineering change and parts try out tracking;
7.对检验员进行培训指导。
Training PPS.
任职资格:
1.汽车工程相关专业学士或以上学位；
Bachelor or above degree, automotive engineering related;
2.五年以上汽车公司或底盘零件公司供应商质量管理经验；
5 years or above supplier quality management work experience in automotive company or chassis parts company;
3.熟悉底盘零件知识，质量管理专业知识（尤其是VDA6.3及8D方法）；
Familiar with chassis parts knowledge, quality management knowledge (especially for VDA6.3 and 8D method);
4.优秀的组织、分析、沟通、合作能力；
Excellent organizing, analysis, communication and cooperation skill;
5.优秀的英语能力和计算机能力。
Excellent English and PC skill.
