由于在大陆网站无法登陆台湾的网站，无法查找——台湾既有化学物质清单（TCSI），各位大侠，谁有PDF版的，能否分享一下。不胜感激！Taiwan's chemical substance inventory (TCSI) is jointly compiled by the Ministry of Labor(MoL) and Taiwan EPA. It contains more than 100,000 substances that were manufactured in or imported into Taiwan between 1 Jan 1993 and 31 Dec 2014.
The inventory has been updated several times.The latest version of TCSI is launched on May 2015 and is available for search via the following new address. The old address http://csnn.cla.gov.tw/content/Substance_home.aspx no longer works.

Companies can search the inventory by Chinese name, English name or CAS No. You can also print out a copy of search record as proof of TCSI listings.
Tips on Searching Taiwan TCSI
A substance that cannot be found on above existing substance inventory will be regarded as a new substance in Taiwan (notification is required). Existing substances may also require registration under TCSCA.You need to comply with both Toxic Chemical Substance Control Act(TCSCA) and Occupational Safety and Health Act(OSHA).
