Shop floor management

- Shift arrangement for PCI leaders and inspectors
- 5S & Safety & PCPD enhancement
- Good point & Kaizen review and approve
- PCPD & safety & On purpose audit
- Gauge maintenance & spare part management
- Performance assessment

[*]Coordinate with process team for quality issue handling
[*]Daily shift executive meeting and reporting
[*]Conduct training to PCI leaders and inspectors
[*]Documentation review and update.

Education & Experience:

[*]High school or polytechnic school above with Science or Engineering related
[*]3 years or above experience in manufacturing with 2 years leadership

Requir Skill:


[*]Basic knowledge in 7 quality tools and quality issue handling process.
[*]Good Computer Skill – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and report
[*]Basic English skill in reading emails and system application
[*]Training skills and experience for inspections or documents.
