About Our Group

Seagate's Supplier Quality Engineering organization is managing Seagate’s Global external suppliers to develop, qualify and maintain a best-in-class HDD (Hard Disk Drive) component quality

About the Role – You Will:


[*]Work as factory Product SQE
[*]Support Field SQE and DC SE(Supplier Engineering) on commodity related main activities
[*]Take leadership to manage commodity related issue and drive solution
[*]Provide technical support and guidance to IQC staff
[*]Manage technical program/project

About You:


[*]Familiar with mechanical or electrical component and its manufacturing process (e.g. Stamping, Die Casting, CNC machining, PCB/SMT, assembling...)
[*]Hard disk drive component knowledge and experience is preferred
[*]Hard disk drive product/process knowledge and experience is a plus
[*]Program/Project Management - proven success in managing complex technical projects at the factory level
[*]Good analytic and problem-solving skills
[*]Good Leadership, initiative and teamwork
[*]Good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Your Experience Includes:


[*]Microsoft Excel and charting tools
[*]Data analysis tools
[*]Quality management and improvement tools

You May Also Have:


[*]Experience working for a multinational corporation
[*]Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Location: Wuxi
