Response for the implement, integrity and improvement of company’s quality system. Identify the opportunity and risk, Ensure that the process and procedure meet or exceed the client’s requirements and company’s objective.
Duties & Responsibilities
Regulation/Policy- Regulation/Policy engagement
- Coaching- Identify the opportunity for business strategy.
New Business and Activity
- Risk analysis
- Build up the quality system
- Lead the license achieve
Lead Quality Compliance
- Build up KPI
- Set monitoring mechanism & tool
- Mapping the performance
Drive Operation Quality Performance
- Quality Planning- Set up quality objective
- Drive operation quality continuous improvement
License To Operation
- Ensure LTO valid
Introduce Quality Thinking and Culture
- Customer focused
- Risk-based thinking
- Process approach
- Evidence-based decision making
- Engagement of people
Lead the compliance audit.
Report the performance to Top Management
Skills &Requirements
Strongly on written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Be familiar with the concept, process and system of quality assurance.Be familiar with quality control skill like 5-why analysis.
Have knowledge about relevant regulations, standards and process.Have knowledge about the lab equipment and the environment requirements in Lab restrict area.
Education &Experience
Bachelor degree or above, and relevant working experience or technical background for 6 years or above.Be familiar with ISO17025 and other international/national standards (ISO9001), and have the certification of 17025 internal auditor.
Medium-grade professional title is preferred.
