1.Manage and coordinate the qualification of newproducts or processes in development and industrial projects
2.Identify and address quality gaps and drive quality improvements activities
3.Drive product quality decisions for the disposition of nonconforming product
4.Collaborate with laboratories to develop or improve test methods and analysis ofproducts
5.Manage and lead problem solving activities arising from product failures, customer complaints and quality incidents
6.Determine customer notification strategies for product and process changes (PCN) and manage follow up activities until approval, in agreement with other departments
7.Support customer requests for information§Ensure compliance with quality procedures and applicable quality standards
8.Data analysis in qualification or reliability studies
What you will need:
1.Experience in Quality Management of power semiconductor industry
2.Knowledge of power device construction, manufacturing, and test
3.Experience on product qualification and quality systems
4.Good English communication skills
