Digital topics (Cyber Security, OTA) and quality is from key important for the launch of ICV's (NEV's).You will report directly to General Manager VDA QMC China
Start: ASAP @ VDA QMC China Shanghai office
Your Task
Support to develop VDA QMC China strategy in time of digitalization in the automotive industry
Prepare presentation for congresses and important meetings (board meeting, VDA members meeting, meeting with Chinese authorities)
VIP management: CRM, transparent communication before, during and after the meeting/ congresses (e.g. SYS, PI-Day, Q-Summit)
Review automotive researches and initiate surveys in China (on automotive topics e.g. Cyber Security, OTA, QM-Systems)
Review on business cases scenarios and search for cooperation partners
Support GM for other special task (team building, business cases)
YourQualification
Min. 3 years or above working experience in automotive as Executive Assistance, automotive consultant or marketing/sales
Very good communication skills, high enthusiasm, self-motivation and engagement requested
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
Automotive experiences and interests are a strong plus, able to suggest organizational improvement
Experiences in international company, best in sino-german company.
