说明安全委员会是必须的。至于“代表”是不是指chairman,这个需要再讨论。

没错，法律法规没有要求的话，可以没有员工代表
但是，我们这个题的前置条件，是讨论如果有的话，可不可以为一个人。
没有的话，我们还讨论什么？

不一定，，，但是快接近委员会主席了。。。根据每个公司的架构而定。。。
