楼主这个问题其实多看一遍，应该能理解他想问的什么。人手头备一份体系原文，我觉得没啥问题，熟悉条款的估计看截图，就知道在原文哪里:D
就是对目录相关内容评审
即为打包服务， 客户一个订单可能包括很多不同产品，综合评审就可以了； 一个记录就行，列个目录就行；

针对网上客户，或是一些零散的客户、订单，可能无法评估出客户的实际需求（明示或暗示），所以针对自己要出货的产品进行评审； 法律法规、企标、产品标准、网页宣传等等要满足并保持一致，

类似的一起评审，但是可以做简易的评审，没必要每个部门逐个进行。

The ISO 9001 standard requires that an organization meets the requirements for products and services and it must provide a formal method to review these requirements.It goes on to specify specific conditions

organizational requirements
It goes on to require that if the requirements (for an order) are know to be deficient, they are resolved before being accepted by an organization.
If your products or services are provided or ordered over the internet, the organization must clearly state (brochures, emails, website) these requirements.
我的理解是：对于网上销售这种，目录，手册啥的就得写的比保险协议都厚，厚到消费者看完都得吐血那种。
