这里面涉及到10个KO要求中（大体上是倒数第四页），有三个过程是“可以不适用”，其它是“总是适用”，请问这个怎么去理解啊？
”EPPPS的分级，特殊过程，FAI“针对有些企业是可以没有的？而其余是必须有的？

我看了下规则：
The applicability of the KO items shall be based on the certification activities of the organization.
Based on the information gathered during the readiness review, if all above listed data are met, the auditor
decides the organization’s readiness to proceed with the scheduled audit.
