Responsibilities:


[*]Contract manufacturer process qualification during new product launch.
[*]Monitor contract manufacturer performance and drive/guide/coach contract manufacturer’s continuous improvement.
[*]Plan and conduct regular process/ system audit to contract manufacturer.
[*]Ensure that requirements from MPS and customers are deployed and implemented at contract manufacturers.
[*]Monitor product performance in the field and drive continual improvement.
[*]Handle customer compliant and support customer visit.

Qualifications:


[*]Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.
[*]Familiar with PCBA manufacturing processes and steps.
[*]Familiar with quality tools like SPC, PFMEA, PDCA, 6 sigma and so on.
[*]Experienced in managing/working with contract manufacturer.
[*]Strong communication skill and good team player.
[*]Self-motivated and strong responsibility ownership.
[*]Fluent in English.
