You need one or more equal-length columns of time series data in chronological order.

Tip

You can use Data > Sort to reorder data.

To use a stamp for x-axis labels, you need one to three columns of numeric, text, or date/time columns equal in length to the time series data column. See Time overview.

If data are missing, the row must be missing in all series columns or Minitab cannot create the graph.
