In separate worksheet columns, enter the number of defects, the number of units, and the number of opportunities per unit.

Optionally, you can enter:

·    A column of names for the components

·    A column of complexity values containing a value for each component

·    A column of individual Z.Shift values for each component. For example, you may want to use a set of Z.Shift values you produce with Six Sigma Process Report. The default is 1.5.
