Control the level of detail in the display of output to the Session window. The results that you can display depend on whether you include a batch factor and whether the batch factor is fixed or random. For more information, see Available results by batch type.

Dialog box items

Display of results: Choose the level of detail to display.

Simple tables: Choose to display the simpler versions of all tables.

Expanded tables: Choose to display additional statistics in the output tables. For more information, see Available results by batch type.

Method: Check to display a table that includes information about missing data and about the Box-Cox transformation if you perform one.

Factor information: Check to display the factor information, which includes the name of the batch factor, the type of batch factor, and the number of batches.

Model selection: Check to display the model selection results, including the terms that are removed from the final model.

Analysis of variance: Check to display the ANOVA table that includes the sums of squares by source and the p-values.

Iteration history: If batch is a random factor, check to display the  -2 log-likelihood for each iteration of the analysis using the selected model.

Variance components: If batch is a random factor, check to display the estimates of the variance components for the final model.

Covariance matrix of variance component estimates: If batch is a random factor, check to display the variance-covariance matrix of the variance component estimates.

Model summary: Check to display statistics that evaluate fit for the final model, including R2.

Coefficients: Check to display the coefficients, effects, and p-values.

Random effect prediction: Check to display statistics for the random terms in the final model, including the best linear unbiased prediction (BLUP) for each level, if it can be predicted.

Marginal fitted equation: If batch is a random factor, check to display the equation for the marginal fitted values.

Regression equation: If batch is a fixed factor, check to display the regression equation(s).

Fits and diagnostics: Check to display fits, residuals, and diagnostics.

Only for unusual observations: Choose to display fits, residuals, and diagnostics for only the unusual observations.

For all observations: Choose to display fits, residuals, and diagnostics for all observations.

Marginal fits and diagnostics: If batch is a random factor, check to display marginal fits, residuals, and diagnostics.

Only for unusual observations: Choose to display marginal fits, residuals, and diagnostics for only the unusual observations.

For all observations: Choose to display marginal fits, residuals, and diagnostics for all observations

Conditional fits and diagnostics: If batch is a random factor, check to display conditional fits, residuals, and diagnostics. Minitab displays this table only if one of the random terms, batch or the batch by time interaction, are included in the final model.

Only for unusual observations: Choose to display conditional fits, residuals, and diagnostics for only the unusual observations.

For all observations: Choose to display conditional fits, residuals, and diagnostics for all observations.

Shelf life: Choose to display the final estimate for the shelf life of the product.
