Use to store the matrices from the analysis. To view stored matrices in the Session window, choose Data > Display Data. To view stored matrices in the worksheet, choose Data > Copy > Matrix to Columns.

No batch factor or batch is a fixed factor

Design matrix: Check to store the design matrix that corresponds to the final model.

Covariance matrix of parameter estimates: Check to store the covariance matrix for the parameter estimates.

Batch is a random factor

Design matrix for fixed effects: Check to store the design matrix for the time term in the final model.

Design matrix for random effects: Check to store the design matrix for the batch factor and the batch by time interaction if they are included in the final model.

Covariance matrix of fixed effect estimates: Check to store the covariance matrix for fixed term parameters.

Covariance matrix of variance component estimates: Check to store the covariance matrix for the estimates of the variance components.
