The StDevs are located in the lower center of the Capability Sixpack - Between/Within.

The standard deviation section consists of the following:

·    Overall standard deviation - a measure of the variation of all the measurements.

·    Between standard deviation - a measure of the variation between subgroups.

·    Within standard deviation - a measure of the variation within subgroups.

·    Between/Within standard deviation - a measure of the between/within standard deviation, calculated by combining the between-subgroup and within-subgroup variation.

For the coating data:

·    Overall standard deviation - The overall standard deviation is 0.8385.

·    Between standard deviation - The between standard deviation is 0.6855.

·    Within standard deviation - The within standard deviation is 0.4061.

·    Between/Within standard deviation - The between/within standard deviation is 0.7967.
