工作职责：


[*]Develop, implement & maintain Quality Assuranceto meet Corporate Requirements, ISO and IATF 16949 requirements
[*]Build up Quality Department Team and Management for new plant;
[*]Design and implement long-term progressive Quality development plan and objectives that support the company’s strategy and aspirations;
[*]Work closely with customers, engineering, procurement and manufacturing;
[*]Ensure cross-functional teams are formed for the review and resolution of non-conformance or non-compliance to standards and/or regulations as required;
[*]Execute and analysequality-reporting measures to ensure achievement of overall company goals;
[*]Manage Quality Team, develop others and improve employees’ performance through coaching, training, development activities;
[*]Lead quality audits and drive process improvements;
[*]Other tasks assigned by Leader。
