工作职责：
- Develop, implement & maintain Quality Assurance to meet Corporate Requirements, ISO and IATF 16949 requirements
- Build up Quality Department Team and Management for new plant;
- Design and implement long-term progressive Quality development plan and objectives that support the company’s strategy and aspirations;
- Work closely with customers, engineering, procurement and manufacturing;
- Ensure cross-functional teams are formed for the review and resolution of non-conformance or non-compliance to standards and/or regulations as required;
- Execute and analyse quality-reporting measures to ensure achievement of overall company goals;
- Manage Quality Team, develop others and improve employees’ performance through coaching, training, development activities;
- Lead quality audits and drive process improvements;
- Other tasks assigned by Leader。
