这要具体看，如果民企转型职业经理人，可以考虑。如果民企只是想要基础提升的，那就别了。

To be honest, this is a stuff choice and different person may have totally different choince.
yonger person, first would be a better choince and adult person would take the second one.
two choinces can give different experience and also have different growth.
