KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting and Data Management•            Maintainand adjust reporting of Quality data for the global Quality organization,focusing on areas such as the Quality Balance Scorecard•            Generateregular reports as per agreements with Process Owners•            Investigateand address KPI deviations with precision and attention to detail•            Ensuretimely reporting to meet organizational deadlines•            Identifyand implement improvements in data quality processesCustomer Requirement Review•            Supportthe review process of Customer Requirements, from intake to deploymentInternal Audits and Compliance•            Conductinternal audits to support the global internal audit program•            Follow upon non-conformities•            Supportadministration of Nexperia Document Management System•            Manage theSharePoint structure dedicated to the Quality Systems OrganizationPromotion of Quality Communication•            Facilitateand promote effective quality communication across the organization
Hard Skills:•            Certificationor proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or IATF 16949standards •            Proficiencyin Power BI or similar tools for extracting, analyzing, and presentingquality-related data effectively•            Experiencewith SharePoint, or similar systems for managing quality documents andprocesses

Soft Skills:•            Demonstratedstructured problem-solving using methods like 8D or similar for complex qualityissues•            InternationalEnvironment Experience and Communication: Previous work in diverse settings,showcasing adaptability and effective communication
