KEYRESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting and Data Management • Maintainand adjust reporting of Quality data for the global Quality organization,focusing on areas such as the Quality Balance Scorecard • Generateregular reports as per agreements with Process Owners • Investigateand address KPI deviations with precision and attention to detail • Ensuretimely reporting to meet organizational deadlines • Identifyand implement improvements in data quality processes Customer Requirement Review • Supportthe review process of Customer Requirements, from intake to deployment Internal Audits and Compliance • Conductinternal audits to support the global internal audit program • Follow upon non-conformities • Supportadministration of Nexperia Document Management System • Manage theSharePoint structure dedicated to the Quality Systems Organization Promotion of Quality Communication • Facilitateand promote effective quality communication across the organization
Hard Skills: • Certificationor proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or IATF 16949standards • Proficiencyin Power BI or similar tools for extracting, analyzing, and presentingquality-related data effectively • Experiencewith SharePoint, or similar systems for managing quality documents andprocesses
Soft Skills: • Demonstratedstructured problem-solving using methods like 8D or similar for complex qualityissues • InternationalEnvironment Experience and Communication: Previous work in diverse settings,showcasing adaptability and effective communication
