合朝电器(上海)有限公司(简称：合朝电器)成立于2008年12月10日,隶属巨昌(香港)有限公司GOOD HOPE (HONG KONG) LTD.和巨昌(远东)有限公司GOOD HOPE (FAR EAST)LTD. ，专业生产各种汽车电器，主要包括：12V汽泵、12V吸尘器、充电气泵、充电吸尘机(或配电筒)、打蜡机等产品，除此外还能承接模具制造、注塑、压铸、吹气、喷油、丝印及产品装配业务，客户遍及全球。
A. Job description
1.Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Manufacuring/Quality Engineering or related disciplines of which 3 years in managerial position
2.At least 8 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment
3.Good knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949 and excellent knowledge and implemention
4.Sound experience in lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma methodology(green belt) as is advantage
5.Good skills in managing internal cross-functional team and multi-location team
6.Experience in managing oversea customers and supplier for complaint handling and follow up
7.Sound knowledge on Quality Assurance methods and problem solving tools,eg 8D
8.Managerial capabilities with respect to leadership and people influencing skills
9.Sound working experience in automotive industry is highly preferred
10.Fluent in English and Mandarin
11,Willing to stay in Shanghai and travel required
B. Main Responsibilities:
1.Provide leadership in steering all quality related activities in a development project
2.Driving Quality awareness both internally in the organization and externally with suppliers to ensure the needs(values,design and reliable robustness ) of the customer is secured
3.Ensure all complaints have gone through sufficient examination,analysis,escalation and reflection, and if possible,rectification by applying the available resources/authority
4.Initiate and follow up,when appropriate process/service of improvement program
5.Manage the process of oversea customer returns and complaints and ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner

好奇工资？
看了很多招聘信息，这篇写的比较简单，如果公司的整体英语水平就这样的话，外语要求还好。
其他的要求也很泛泛，有意向的都可以试试，中的概率应该不低。
鉴于我还是个小白，我再等两年吧。
