Mission
-- Secure responsible commodity supplier base quality performance and stability;
-- Make sure the parts satisfied to technic requirement of LEM and production needed;
-- Compliance with company’s regulation and procedure (IATF 16949 and ISO14001);
-- Support the LEM project (Development the new supplier )
Permanent Activities
Commodity Related
-- Set up commodity supplier quality strategy and make sure it is performed in the commodity
-- Qualify commodity new supplier in line with commodity strategy
-- Plan and support the supplier audit
-- Issue support as escalated by all group plants:
Major events (i.e. Customer Stop Shipment, Field Action)
Critical issues (i.e. Customer line stoppages, non-responsive supplier)
-- Drive suppliers to continuously improve his performance to meet commodity performance KPI
-- Support the Project Quality to qualify new part
Local Site Related
-- Carry out the supplier audit and manage the action plan.
-- Fulfill the supplier regularly assessment
-- Handling supplier’s quality problem solving.
-- Manage the various steps in ERP system with the LGVA quality team.
-- Lead the supplier Continuous improvement.
-- Supervise the incoming quality control activities
-- Participate the new project development.
-- Finish other temp tasks leader assigned.
Requirements
-- 5year above plastic, magnets and other material process knowledge
-- 5 year above Supplier Quality leader or manager experience
-- Have experience in driving global supplier commodity quality
-- Six Sigma Green Belt certificated
-- ISO9001 or IATF16949 auditor certificated
-- Proactively driving working mindset is needed
