Select all project lines > Editor > Edit Project Line > Groups

If you have grouping variables or multiple graph variables on a bar chart, you can assign different attributes (color, line type) to each group.

You can also add or change grouping variables on scatterplots, matrix plots, histograms, time series plots, and 3D scatterplots.

Dialog box items

Assign attributes by categorical variables: (Graphs with grouping variables only) Enter up to four columns of categorical grouping variables to assign different attributes (color, line type) to each group and display a legend.

Assign attributes by graph variables: (Graphs with multiple graph variables only) Check to assign different attributes (color, line type) for each graph variable and display a legend.

Apply attribute variables to other data displays: Check to update all data displays, such as bars and connect lines, to use the same attribute variables as the project lines.
