职位信息：

• Develop and implement department budget and plan, allocate department target to subordinates, monitor their performance and the achievement of the budget to achieve targeted department performance.
• Localize and oversee the implementation of global quality policy, procedures and systems and review QA reports within the entire factory to ensure the business procedures in line with QMS and global standards.
• Develop and Evolve the QA Procedures and QA Team for the company with responsibility for overall Quality for all products, APUs and suppliers;
• Be responsible for quality assurance work for new product introduction phase (into manufacturing).
• Take lead in customer quality audit, and build customer confidence through professional work.
• Take lead to continuously improve the production quality system, process and performance through structural approaches.
• Manage the customer quality service activities, like handling of customer complaint, fix of warranty issues, and work with cross-functional team for prevention.
• Build a model factory in quality view.
• Manage the incoming quality during mass production phase.
• Lead and build a strong site QE team.
• Be responsible for quality management work both for automotive business and consumer business.
  

Job scope:

Work with people across at all levels of the organization and external parties, lead a team on quality daily operations and quality related projects.   Decisions are made with professional knowledge and have directly impacts to the quality performance of the site.  Tasks can be very different and require prompt and accurate judgment.

Qualification:

• Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree or above, engineering background
• Working Experience: Min 10 years’ experience with 5 years on managerial positions.
• Expertise / Skills: solid experience/skill/competency in quality field is required , with quality understanding in loudspeakers and/or audio field.
• At least, six Sigma green belt certificate or equivalent certificate is required.
• Strong communication skills with both external and internal customers under international environment.
• Strong strategy thinking capability
• Language skills: fluent English
• Personal Attributes: result-oriented team player, capable of working under pressure.
