• Performance evaluation ≥ 70%
Silver
• Enabler ≥ 72%
• Performance evaluation ≥ 80%
• customer perception ≥ 75%
Gold
• Performance and trends during the audit cycle will be considered
• IRQB Gold committee decides whether the Gold level is Reached
During a transfer audit, a higher QPL cannot be proposed for any level.
