LAR是什么意思？LAR的全称是Lot Acceptance Rate，批合格率。LAR is Lot Acceptance Rate. This part is under IQC.
通过检查批合格数量来决定LOT合格的百分比：LAR% =(合格批次/总检查批次) * 100%
如：We monitor the incoming lot quality thru inspection. Let’s say, 4 lOTS failed during incoming inspection out of total 20 lots received in a month. (16 passed lots / 20 total lots received) *100 = 80% LAR (target let’s say 90% LAR). Since it failed the target, IQC should do something like issuance of corrective action report to supplier so supplier can investigate and improve on their quality MOVing forward.
