耐磨性测试
工具：橡皮,白棉布。
测试要求:普通外观样品采用橡皮测试。
样品数量：至少 1 个样品。
检测方法:
1) 用橡皮在关键部位上施以 5N 的力,15mm 的行程来回摩擦,50 来回后,肉眼观察表面。
评判标准:
1) 漆膜无见底、脱落 或丝印图案不能见底,应能清晰可辩。

Testing requirements: The general appearance of samples to use rubber testing.
Sample amount: At least one sample.
Testing method:
1) To rub key positions of sample with rubber 15mm back and forth, with 5N force, check the surface after 50 cycles.
Acceptable criteria:
1) Painting without non-hiding and peeling on key position or silkscreen cannot be bottomed out, logo or others should be clear. |
