工作职能：
- Analytical existing production issue 分析产品的生产工艺、特点、问题等
- Implement plans to prevent production issue 根据订单，制定相应计划以控制生产过程中各种问题的产生
- Execute plans to prevent future problem 预见并实施计划，防止未预见问题的产生
- Analytical performance of supplier base 分析及评测供应商，为供应商的选择提供依据
岗位要求：
- Understanding production process in fields of fashion accessories like cold weather, belt, jewelry, caps, scarfs, socks and including sport wear 熟悉时尚配饰类产品如：帽子、围巾、手套、腰带、饰品、袜子、运动服等产品的工艺，生产流程，品控管理。
- At least 8 years working experience and 5 years as QA management in the fasion accessory or garment field for QA management works 至少8年以上时尚配饰，服装等相关纺织行业从业经验，同时具有5年以上品质管理经验
- Familiar with the factory production process. Factory production related managment skill is more appreciated. 熟悉工厂生产流程，有工厂生产管理经验者更佳。
- Exellent communication skills and high initiative to work with the supliers and the headquater. 具备较强的与供应商和总部沟通的能力。
- Good English communication skills. 具备较好的英语沟通能力.
- Willing to have business travel. 能够接受经常出差。
月薪：20K - 26K
