2009年，在苏州工厂又成立了研发中心，经过两年的发展目前研发中心已经拥有技术骨干30多人，主要进行新产品和解决方案的开发和技术创新以不断满足中国及全球客户的需求。这个团队还在不断的扩大并将在集团的整个研发职能中发挥越来越重要的作用。

Main Elements

1.Initiate DFMEA to identify the high risk of new product and keep following them until they are closed or the risk are lowered to an acceptable level.
2.Define product test including function, reliability, environment, EMC, safety, and SW test plan to make sure the product will be comprehensively qualified during development phase.
3.Define test items and criteria for critical parts, sub-assemblies and finished instruments of a particular project.
4.Conduct product verification test including test system qualification, test schedule, resources and allocation.
5.Gate review and responsible for test issues follow up, coordinate with the design team to resolve open issues and management the product launch risk.
6.Provide support to customer service team and production, monitor the field return and analysis for new product improvement.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic or Mechanical.
2.More than 5 years’ working experience as quality or design engineer focus on new product development at intelligent instrument field.
3.Good knowledge about product test including function, reliability, environment, EMC/EMI, safety and SW. Good knowledge about key parts qualification.
4.Strong quality sensor and failure analysis ability. Know well with quality tools such as DOE, FEMA, VOC, QFD, CTQ, SPC, Minitab or other statics tools.
5.Fluent English communication skill with global cross-function team.
6.Good team working, task management skill and good leadership.
