合格干净的零件或者经过计量校准的干净的标准件 qualified parts or calibrated standard.
1. First the appraiser should clean the parts thoroughly. ReMOVe any burrs by a pneumatic gun if present on the surface.
首先评价人因该彻底清洗零件。如果有表面有脏东西，请用气枪吹干净。
2. Clean the oil on or inside the parts by aqueous cleaning machine.
用脱脂清洗机把零件里面和外面的油洗干净。
3. Dry the parts.
把零件吹干。没有毛刺或其他脏东西。
4. When the parts cleaning finished, appraiser should visually inspect them. If need measuring some items inside the parts please use some special tools to check the parts ensure that the parts are cleaned and free of burrs or other dirty particle.
零件清洗完成后，评价人应当对其目视检查。如果要测量零件内部的某些参数，请使用一些专用的检查工具来检查，以确保零件已经被清洁。
