Responsibility:

• Facilitate to set up local supplier panel of Schmitz Wuhan based on localization supplier sourcing strategy.
• Follow up supplier development progress and open issues until its closure and approve supplier PPAP in line with project timing plan.
• Monitoring Supplier Performance Quality Rating on a monthly basis and schedule follow up audits and reviews for assigned suppliers.
• Champion supplier PPM reductions and problem solving (i.e. focus on poor performance suppliers, critical Issues, high PPM, fields returning…)
• In charge of incoming inspection for purchasing assy/components and raw material.
• Maintain Supplier quality documentation (Supplier APQP/PPAP files, supplier performance records, evaluations, containment activities, etc.) per supplier
• Facilitate Supplier’s continuous improvement (e.g. VA/VE, Kaizen…).
• Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures.
• Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Science, Technical or Business)
• Knowledge for welding
• Experience in APQP and PPAP required
• Strong problem solving, decision making and prioritization skills required
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawing, measurement and/or scales gauges
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, flexible, result-oriented, team spirit
• Good verbal and written communication skills required, Oral and written English is a must
• Microsoft Office computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, MS Outlook…
• More than three years quality development or SQE experience strongly preferred
  

年薪：10万 - 15万之间，依据能力待定。
