Responsibilities:

• Contract manufacturer process qualification during new product launch.
• Monitor contract manufacturer performance and drive/guide/coach contract manufacturer’s continuous improvement.
• Plan and conduct regular process/ system audit to contract manufacturer.
• Ensure that requirements from MPS and customers are deployed and implemented at contract manufacturers.
• Monitor product performance in the field and drive continual improvement.
• Handle customer compliant and support customer visit.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.
• Familiar with PCBA manufacturing processes and steps.
• Familiar with quality tools like SPC, PFMEA, PDCA, 6 Sigma and so on.
• Experienced in managing/working with contract manufacturer.
• Strong communication skill and good team player.
• Self-motivated and strong responsibility ownership.
• Fluent in English.
