Siemens High Voltage Switchgear Co., Ltd. Shanghai 上海西门子高压开关有限公司（英文简称为SHVS）是由西门子（中国）有限公司与上海输配电股份有限公司共同投资组建的,是目前在德国以外唯一生产西门子高压气体绝缘开关（GIS）的合资公司。
What are my responsibilities?
1. Involve supplier selection and qualification processes, ensure supplier's quality can meet SHVS requirement
2. Lead quality audits (system, process)
3. Tracking all NCR related to supplier and drive corrective actions
4. Support OP for improvement of supplier OTD
5. Supplier site supervision before material delivery for quality control
6. Coordinate with internal plants on purchasing quality activities
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Familiar with quality management
- Good knowledge about casting, machining and plate
- Good communication ,interpersonal skills, pro-active
What else do I need to know?
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical or Mech-Elec engineering
2. 3 years experience in similar position and supplier quality management experience.
3. Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001 internal auditor is preferred
