1997年,唐纳森(无锡)过滤器有限公司正式成立,作为唐纳森公司在亚洲的主要生产基地之一。唐纳森目前共有四个工厂,分别是IFS(工业过滤系统)、Engine(发动机过滤器)、Disk Drive(磁盘驱动过滤器)、Membrane(薄膜滤材)。四个工厂全部都位于无锡工业园区内,厂房占地面积35000平方米。工厂充分应用总公司众多先进专利技术,严格遵循美国唐纳森的生产和管理规范,提供世界一流的过滤产品。生产的产品除了供应给国内原厂配套客户和售后市场,还出口到东南亚各国及日本、澳大利亚等国。
Key Accountabilities:
-Responsible for leadership and setup capable Supplier Quality team within APAC quality division.
-Lead and Manage activities within the Asia Pacific Supplier Quality team and cooperate with sourcing and other functional team to assure and improve supplier quality performance within the regions.
-Lead SQE Team expand commodity knowledge to maintain expertise and be a local expert for Sourcing, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
-Manage, review and monitor assigned personnel's performance against agreed objectives aligned to Operations and Quality Functional strategy.
-Lead SQE Team and cooperate with sourcing, plant quality, engineering and other functions to develop, maintain and implement the standard processes and tools of supplier quality management and development. Include Supplier Qualification process, Supplier Audit, Supplier part approval process - (SPPAP), Supplier Readiness Reviews (-SRR) for APD and transition projects, Non-conformance reporting – (NCR) etc.
-Evaluate and provide leadership within the APAC SQE team in the development of new/existing supplier quality systems and process/product control systems. Work closely with Purchasing to monitor supplier progress in improving identified needs.
-Manage Supplier Audit process. Work closely with Regional and Plant Buyers, Plant QA to identify and prioritize audit needs. Maintain audit schedule, and issue regular reports to QA and Purchasing management.
-Provide leadership in resolution of Supplier quality problems associated with purchased parts and materials.
-Recommend and/or assist in training Donaldson personnel and suppliers as necessary to remain compliant with Donaldson, customer and industry standards and requirements.
-Regularly participate in training and continuing education in order to maintain up-to-date knowledge of Quality and Industry Standards requirements
Education Qualification:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related field of Engineering with minimum 8 years professional level related experience, including managerial experience in supplier quality management, system and improvement.
-Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to influence people within all levels of the organization
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Language – Must be fluent in English, prefer additional fluency in Thai and Mandarin.
-Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
-Thorough working knowledge of the industries in which DCI works (suppliers, customers, sources of income, behaviors, expectations, etc.)
-Must have demonstrated practice and experience of Supplier and product qualification process, system and process audit, Certified Internal Auditor of ISO 9001, IATF16949, be familiar with the quality manual of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D,SPC. Etc. and quality tools.
-Six Sigma black belt (preferred)
-Knowledge of raw materials/plastics/tooling preferred
-Able to travel 50% of the time in China or Asia Pacific area.
